The driver of the white Honda said, ”I approached the stop sign on 4th Avenue and 15th and I looked to my left. I made a complete stop,” said Yolanda Pinuelas, driver of the Honda. “No cars were coming and as I was going, there was a guy on a bicycle that I hit.”
