One of our skilled attorneys, Trysta M. Puntenney, is now a member of the Lawyers of Distinction. Membership in Lawyers of Distinction takes a four-step process to identify those most qualified for distinction.
The individuals who decide to award membership do independent research on the merits of each attorney who applies or who is nominated. The researchers of Lawyers of Distinction look at many different factors, including the following:
- Experience
- Case results
- Verdicts / settlements
- Honors / awards
- Special certifications
- Professional activities
- Education
- Pro bono work & community service
- Scholarly lectures / writings
- Representative clients
- Other achievements of distinction
Once potential members have been evaluated, the research team conducts an ethics review and background check. Candidates must not have any ethics violations in the past ten years.
All candidates who meet their high standards are then accepted for membership. Only around ten percent of attorneys in each state are members of Lawyers of Distinction.
Attorney Puntenney is a knowledgeable lawyer who specializes in personal injury, contracts, and construction defects cases. She is also a member of the Arizona Association for Justice, the State Bar of Arizona Young Lawyers Division, and Arizona Women Lawyers Association. Congratulations to our skilled advocate for her status as a Lawyer of Distinction.
